Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Payments All readings must be booked and paid for in advance through my online booking system. Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you arrive late for a live session, the time will be deducted from your scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full session fee and will not be refunded.
